To provide optimal control over labor, schedule, and budget, Alberici maintains key self-performance capabilities. In 2018, Alberici acquired the assets of central Illinois-based marine contractor, Midwest Foundation, a mainstay on the Illinois River for more than 50 years. This acquisition of Midwest Foundation added to Alberici’s already strong marine construction portfolio, further bolstering our position as one of the nation’s top builders of complex projects on the inland river transportation system.
