AMENDMENT LOCK CLOSURE Lock & Dam No. 13, UMR Mile 522.5

Date: 12/12/2022 07:00 thru 01/06/2023 12:00

Lock 13, UMR Mile 522.5 will be closed to all navigation from 0700 hours on Monday, December 12, 2022 until 1200 hours on Friday, January 6, 2023.  The purpose of this closure is to replace the anchorage bars on each upper gate.

Towboat operators are requested NOT to tie up on the guidewalls during the closure period. Please contact the lock at 815-589-3313 or on channel 14 for assistance.
