Reference Navigation Bulletin No. 23-133, dated 30 October 2023, stating that the U.S. Government Contract Cutterhead Dredge JS CHATRY and attendant plant will be working in the Mississippi River from approximate mile 63.5 to mile 65.5 Above Head of Passes (AHP) until approximately 30 November 2023.

MARINERS ARE ADVISED THAT THE DREDGING OPERATIONS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND THE DREDGE JS CHATRY HAS DEPARTED THE SITE. ATTENDANT PLANT, PIPELINE, AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT WILL REMAIN ON SITE UNTIL 31 JANUARY 2024.

MARINERS ARE URGED TO TRANSIT AT THEIR SLOWEST SAFE SPEED TO MINIMIZE WAKE IN THE VICINITY OF ATTENDANT PLANT, PIPELINE, AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT.
