BNM for Monongahela River MM 85

The Coast Guard Captain of the Port Pittsburgh advises all mariners of a sunken barge in the vicinity of MM 85 on the Monongahela River. Barge is fully submerged and located on the Left Descending Bank outside of the channel. Mariners are requested to proceed with caution during salvage operations.
