Boat Dock Installation Ohio River Mile 219.8

Notice is given that on 17 April 2023, Amherst Madison, Inc. will begin installation of a recreational boat dock along the left descending bank of the Ohio River, mile 219.8.

The contractor's floating plant will consist of the M/V BUS BROWN, one barge mounted crane, and one jumbo deck barge. The M/V BUS BROWN will be monitoring marine channels 13 and 16. Work will be conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Work is expected to be completed on or about 21 April 2023.

During non-working hours, the contractor's floating plant will be moored at the work site and lighted according to regulations.

Mariners are urged to pass at the slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution.
