Boating Law Administrator Notification; City of Alton fireworks

Good day,

Chief Jesse L. Jemison, Jr. is hosting the City of Alton Fireworks Spectacular on the UMR at MM 202.5-203 on July 3, 2023 from 9pm-10pm. This event involves a firework display, including 200 spectator crafts. The event sponsor will be providing an unknown number of boats to provide for the safety of event participants and other waterways users.

Planned CG Actions: No CG Permit Required, Safety Marine Information Broadcast, Local Notice to Mariners, Safety Zone
