Bolivar groundings – Advise use of ECDIS for Virtual ATON 21/22

Strong current has caused multiple groundings at the mouth of Bolivar in the Intracoastal Waterway. Vessel Traffic Service Houston/Galveston advises using onboard Electronic Chart Displays, ECDIS, to confirm location of Bolivar Roads Virtual aids to navigation 21 and 22 prior to turning into or out of the Bolivar Buoy line or Alternate Inbound Route.
