Position Summary:

A Bulk Loader is responsible for the loading of bulk railcars and trucks.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for loading the proper product from the proper bins into the correct rail car or truck.
  • Responsible for sealing the bulk containers with the correct seals.
  • Optimize loading efficiencies to support the facility's production.
  • Ensure the loadout area is organized and clean at all times.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Must learn and execute basic equipment maintenance to improve production reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with Loadout supervisors and maintenance department and assist when needed.
  • This role requires regular presence outdoors, requires lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasional work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
  • Must be willing to work a rotating shift schedule and overtime

Qualification/Education/Experience/Skills

  • Previous experience in blending or loading a plus
  • Experience operating trackmobile and bobcat.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience operating a computer.
