Calcasieu Lock Update

Date: 01/30/2023 thru 04/06/2023

Reference Navigation Bulletin No. 23-06, dated 18 January 2023, stating that Calcasieu Lock will be closed to navigation beginning on 30 January 2023 and continuing through 3 March 2023, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, for a U.S. Government Maintenance Unit performing necessary repairs to the timber guidewalls.

MARINERS ARE ADVISED THAT THE REPAIRS TO THE TIMBER GUIDEWALLS AT CALCASIEU LOCK HAVE BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH 6 APRIL 2023.
