CAUTION - Weeks Marine’s submerged pipeline at Point Celeste is still in place from MM 49 to 51 along RDB, depth of pipe varies from 11 to 18 feet. Mariners are urged to use caution and ensure the light ships are within the north side of the anchorage so that the stern of these ships will not swing over or make contact with the pipe.

April 8 – April 15 0600-1900 ·         No southbound deep-draft traffic from Mile 150 AHP to Mile 148 AHP during working hours. Northbound traffic is limited to one-way transits from Mile 150 AHP to Mile 148 AHP for all vessels.

·         Vessels shall transit at slowest safe speed.

·          The Mat Sinking Unit will fold in at night and the channel will be open to one-way traffic in both directions.

Salvage Operations MM 261 AHP March 22 until cancelled.

 

24/7 ·         All vessels are restricted to one-way traffic from MM 260 to MM 262. Vessels shall contact the M/V SARAH PAIGE via VHF Ch. 13, 87A, or at 225-454-8324 to make passing arrangements.
