Completed Illinois Waterway Hydraulic Dredging: Clark Island, RM 215.0-216.0

The dredge Barry J has arrived at Clark Island, IWW river mile 216.0. Dredging operations will commence following the setup of equipment. Dredging of the right descending bankline from river miles 215.5-216.0 will occur Nov 11, 2022 24/7 until further notice.

Contact the Dredge Barry J 30 minutes prior to transiting the area on channels 13 or 73 for passing instructions.

Mariners are requested to pass at their safest slowest speed to minimize wake and hazards to the crew.
