Mechanical dredging (Strike Removal) operations will commence on Thursday, 6-July-2023 and will continue Until Further Notice at Burlington Island Light, UMR Mile 396.7-397.3. Dredging will be performed 7 days a week, 10.5 hrs per day, 0700-1730

Mariners are requested to contact the MV Rock Island or MV Moline on channel 13, 14, 16 or 82, THIRTY minutes prior to transiting the area.

Mariners are urged to transit at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution after passing arrangements have been made.
