Position Overview

The Digital Media Specialist is accountable for the following:

  • Designs, creates, and produces graphics for presentations, social media, and special projects for marketing, communications, recruitment, and special events.
  • Works with Marketing Director to plan, implement, and measure multichannel communication programs to drive business goals.
  • Designs, plans, and produces digital assets for social media sites, such as YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Collaboratively creates, develops, and maintains the Alberici brand using photography and videography.
  • Manages and organizes a library of media using a digital asset management system.
  • Coordinates with outside companies to create and edit video footage for special projects; selects and supervises contract personnel for videography services.
  • Provides creative direction and implementation of design in both print and digital formats in support of Alberici project pursuits, including qualifications, proposals, and interviews.
  • Collaborates with Market Leaders, Business and Project Developers, and Marketing Proposal Leads to understand their strategies and provide relevant graphical support to pursuit deliverables, marketing brochures, social media, and other materials.
  • Collaborates on strategy and implements graphic design for internal and external communications in support of leadership's vision and direction for the company.
  • Assists in the creation of website and social media posts, including helping establish strategy and executing graphic design elements.
  • Maintains current branded video communications in Alberici lobby.
  • Leads the creation of video communications in support of Alberici initiatives.
  • Oversees project photography and headshot library. Coordinates with project teams to capture high-quality architectural photography. Organizes photoshoots for employee headshots.
  • Understands and designs within Alberici corporate brand standards.
  • Provides for storage and proper care and maintenance of video (and photo) equipment.


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, Marketing, or related field from a four-year college or university plus one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industries a plus.


  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced skills in all aspects of photo and video production, from operating camera camera and video equipment to video engineering, audio, and lighting to deliver high-quality videos and photos.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud platform, especially Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining level of quality service.
  • Organizes and manages time, duties and activities efficiently.
  • Reads, analyzes and interprets common scientific and technical journals related to construction and marketing fields.
  • Effectively presents information to executive management, public groups and/or Board of Directors.
