Dredging: Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Florida | Mile 179.1, Fort Mcree

Notice is given to mariners that Inland Dredging, Inc.’s cutterhead dredge Ranger will begin maintenance dredging of a significant shoal located along the GIWW at mile 179.1, Ft. McRee. Dredging operations will begin on or around 12 December 2022. The dredge will place dredge material into an approved upland disposal site location south of the GIWW channel. Dredging activities are expected to continue for approximately 1 – 3 days.

The dredge plant can be contacted on VHF-FM Channels 13 and 16.
