Dredging Operations: Coffeeville Lock RM 116

Notice is given to mariners that Inland Dredging Company's DREDGE AMERICA is mobilizing to river mile 116 (Coffeeville Lock), and will begin maintenance dredging operations on or around August 9, 2023. The dredge will utilize floating pipelines and will be disposing material in approved disposal sites adjacent to the dredge plant. The dredge will be working 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Dredging operations are estimated to last for approximately one week.

The dredge will monitor VHF Channels 13 and 16. Traffic is requested to notify the dredge prior to approaching the area and to transit the area with caution at no wake speed. Additionally, please coordinate with the Coffeeville Lock to transit the area prior to arrival.
