Dresden Island Lock Closure

Dresden Island, River Mile 271.5, will be closed to navigation on Tuesday 16 May 2023 from 0800-1600.

The purpose of the closure is for contractors to inspect upper and lower bulkheads sills prior to the 2023 Illinois Waterway Consolidated Closures.

Mariners are requested not to tie up to the guidewalls during this time unless directed by Lock staff.
