To Whom It May Concern: Notice is given that R. J. Brown's Towing Company, on behalf of Texas Eastern Pipeline and OTIS Eastern, will be preforming drilling operations within various areas of the Monongahela River, river mile 74.0
- Work will begin June 20, 2022 and will be completed June 25, 2022. Work will take part during daylight hours, from 0700 to 1700, approximately 10 hour days, Monday through Saturday. Non-working hours the equipment will be secured at Jessop Boat Club at mile 72.6, left descending bank.
- Equipment involved in the operation, will be a 93-ft long spud barge mounted with a drilling rig and will be maneuvered by the M/V Philo.
- Mariners should monitor radio channels 11, 13 and 16 while transiting the area of the proposed work site. For any questions regarding the drilling operation and locations please call Josh at (724) 747-1589.
