EH&S Manager-Terminal (St. Louis, MO)
Oakley's St. Louis is accepting applications for an EH&S Manager-Terminal in St. Louis, MO.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Inspects facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
- Develops and recommends for implementation of inspection policies and procedures, and schedules of routine inspections.
- Monitoring operational processes and employee activities.
- Training and/or supplying training to supervisors on health and safety standards and best practices.
- Preparing and submitting health, safety, and environmental compliance documents to relevant organizations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest EHS trends, policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Performing Incident investigations and recommends corrective actions and completion of those corrective actions.
- Support onboarding and orientation safety training
- Ensures and maintains all necessary permits for Environmental & Regulatory Compliance.
- Maintain accurate and current records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with BOI safety director on projects that further develop safety environmental programs.
- Security management as deemed necessary by the location manager, and regulatory agencies having jurisdiction.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred. Any safety certification/qualifications are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Basic computer skills and internet search capabilities
