Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Environmental Client Manager to join our Environment Solutions team. As an Environmental Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, building new business, and enhancing opportunities with clients managing complex environment programs.

As an Environment Sales Consultant, you will leverage your existing relationships to develop new business opportunities aligned with Foth’s targeted market approach. You will lead the development of proposals and presentations, develop and maintain long-term client relationships, interface with clients to ensure satisfaction with services delivered, work with Foth project managers and clients to ensure project success, and participate in strategic planning, development, deployment, and growth with Foth clients.

Required Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a similar discipline
  • 10+ years managing environmental programs, environmental legacy sites, assessment and cleanup of brownfield sites, regulatory compliance, and/or strategy
  • Domestic Travel required minimum 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience in developing, retaining, and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Previous client-facing project management experience
  • 5 plus years of experience in engineering consulting services, technical leadership, or project management in one or more of the following areas: upland and/or sediment remediation, industrial wastewater, environmental compliance, mining, regulatory compliance, permitting, and clients with legacy liabilities

$110,000 - $170,000 a year

The base compensation listed for this job posting reflects a general range for the posted position.  Base compensation will vary based on factors such as: years of experience, location, level of responsibility and licenses/certifications. In addition to base compensation, Foth members may be eligible to receive bonuses through our Earned Performance Incentive program. All employees are eligible for On-the-Spot bonuses.  Exempt members are also eligible for either quarterly and/or annual bonuses.  Eligible full-time and part-time members will be offered medical, dental, vision insurance, employee assistance program, disability, retirement, holiday pay, and several other voluntary benefits.
