Due to the recent recommendation of the Centers for Disease Control limiting gatherings of 50 or more, IRPT will cancel the 2020 Conference in Little Rock. As you can imagine, this was a terribly difficult decision for our Executive Committee to make. The IRPT Annual Conference has become so extremely valuable to our Members and Registrants each year. You will find testimonials below on some reactions to the cancellation notice.

Upon request, IRPT will issue refunds for sponsorships, exhibit booths and registrations (less credit card processing fee previously charged). As a non-profit organization, our annual budget relies heavily on the conference income and the generosity of our sponsors. This will be a difficult year for our association and our members alike.

We are currently exploring all options to provide the maximum exposure possible to those who wish to waive a refund of their previously paid conference related funds to the association. Please find the below offerings associated with waiving a refund.
