IRPT’s Executive Director, Aimee Andres will be joining industry experts at the NAFTZ Annual Conference in Miami, FL on September 12^th to discuss FTZ challenges and strategies regarding port congestion.

According to the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board’s Annual Report to Congress, in 2020 the value of exports from facilities operating under FTZ procedures totaled $94 billion, and the 3,400 firms that use the program now employ more than 470,000 Americans.

Port congestion is a concern for many importers and exporters so please plan to attend to hear the current status, outlook and strategies to keep freight moving in America using foreign trade zones.
