Facility Maintenance Dredging: Big Sandy River Mile, 8.0

Notice is given that on or about 14 November 2022, Superior Marine, Inc. will commence facility maintenance dredging for Case Dock LLC, located along the left descending bank of the Big Sandy River, mile 8.0.

The contractor’s floating plant will consist of the M/V R H BEAMER, two material barges, and one barge mounted crane. The M/V R H BEAMER will be monitoring marine channels 13 and 18. The work will be performed six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.. The work is expected to be completed on or about 9 December 2022.

The contractor’s floating plant will be moored on site during non working hours, and will be lighted according to regulations. Mariners are urged to transit at their slowest safest speed to minimize wake.
