FRESHWATER BAYOU LOCK

Mariners are advised that on Friday, 29 April 2022, between 7:00 a.m. until approximately 5:00 p.m., there will be intermittent delays to navigation at Freshwater Bayou Lock due to a U.S. Government Dive Contractor taking measurements on the south gates.

Freshwater Bayou Lock can be contacted on VHF-FM Marine Channel 14 for up-to-date information.

The point of contact at the Freshwater Bayou Lock is Lockmaster Casey Choate at (337) 737-2470.  The point of contact with the New Orleans District is Tracy Falk at (504) 862-2971.
