GeoStabilization International to be awarded the Engineering News-Record Best Regional Project

GeoStabilization International took to their social media to say, "
We are thrilled to announce that the Riverview Drive Retaining Wall Stabilization project has earned the esteemed recognition of being awarded the Engineering News-Record Best Regional Project. Our team at GeoStabilization International® took on the challenge of repairing and stabilizing a roadway perched on a 150-foot bluff overlooking the Mississippi River.
Navigating through layers of clay and silt before reaching limestone bedrock, GeoStabilization devised a design-build solution included a soil nail wall, micropile-supported pile cap, and a Geosynthetically Confined Soil (GCS) wall to form the new roadway grade.
The result? A successful project that not only restored access and safety but also set a new industry standard for efficient slope stabilization and roadway repair in similar conditions. Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional craftsmanship and problem-solving skills!"
