| Notice is given that “S&ME, Inc and C&B” will perform geotechnical borings at three locations on the Ohio River between mile markers 490-494. Operations will be conducted 17 – 23 September 2026, 7 days a week, 0700-1900 ET.
The contractor’s equipment will consist of a drill rig mounted on a barge with spuds to anchor the barge during drilling operations. Mariners are asked to contact the contractor on the radio for passing instructions. Marine channels 13, 16 and 81 will be monitored. //signed// |
