Notice is given that on August 14, 2023 “Carlisle & Bray Enterprises” will start installation of two dolphins and keyway structure along bank at Ohio River Mile 535. Work is expected to be completed January 31, 2024.

The equipment will consist of barge-mounted cranes and pile hammers. Hours of operation will be Monday through Sunday 0700 – 1730 EST.
