To each of you, YOU help power our Nation’s economy, YOU contribute to each of your communities overall economic health, and YOU help strengthen trade within the United States and around the world.

America’s supply chain depends on every maritime worker, from the top executives, to our office support team members to those working in the elements out on the docks and on our rivers. As each of you have been made aware recently,
