High Winds and Seas – 17MAR2023 – update

AT 1945hrs local:

“Winds in excess of 30 knots and seas up to 4 feet have been reported on sections of the Houston Ship Channel, Galveston Bay, and the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) at Bolivar.

Additionally, The National Weather Service maintains a small craft advisory through Sunday afternoon.

Mariners are advised to consider these weather conditions before beginning on continuing their transits.”
