IRCA: ILWW ATON update

Great news!  The GASCONADE will be getting underway on Monday morning from St. Louis to work all critical buoys from Grafton to Brandon Road (list of critical buoys can be found in Appendix A of the 2021 ILWW WAP).  I have asked them to give some extra attention from Pekin Wiggles (mm149.5) to Blue Creek (mm172.8), but if there are any other problem areas that your mariners have reported to you then please let me know and I will pass along to the GASCONADE.
