Illinois Waterway: Hydraulic Dredging Mackinaw River reach, RM 147.7

Hydraulic dredging is expected to start Thursday at 0600 hrs September 29th at Illinois Waterway Mackinaw River reach, river mile 147.7. Crew is currently on site setting up equipment and will begin dredging immediately following the set up. Dredging and material placement will take place on the left descending bank. Contact the Dredge Barry J, MV Jimmy or the MV Madison on channels 13 or 73 for passing instructions.

Mariners are requested to pass at their safest slowest speed to minimize wake and hazards to the crew.
