IRCA Fwd: Peoria Ice Conditions

Ice couplings required at Peoria once wickets are raised…   see below for more information.

The lockmaster at Peoria indicated that when dam operations are complete, ice couplings will be required for the lock chamber.  Ice has developed rapidly in their pool with the recent onset of cold conditions regionally and subzero temps over last night.

I will follow up as conditions change.
