John Day Navlock Open in Reduced Capacity

Date: 7/26 - Until Further Notice

John Day Navigation Lock is operational in a reduced capacity. A bulkhead is being used in place of the upstream gate, which will result in lockages that take approximately 3 hours each. Working on procuring replacement parts for the upstream gate.
