Lake Charles Firework Display

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for all navigable waters within a 420-foot radius of a fireworks launch barge at 30°14'0.014"N, 93° 14'43.492" W, on Lake Charles. The fireworks show will take place on May 26, 2023 from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

During this time frame, no persons or vessels may enter the safety zone without permission from the Captain of the Port (COTP) or a designated representative. The COTP and/or the Calcasieu Sheriffs can be contacted on VHF-FM channel 13 or 16.
