Lock Closure: Leland Bowman Lock

Mariners are advised that Leland Bowman Lock will be closed to navigation from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., on 18 and 19 April 2023, for a U.S. Government Maintenance Unit to replace gate machinery.

Lock personnel can be reached on VHF Marine Channel 14 for up-to-date information regarding the closure. The Lockmaster, Jason Petrey, can be reached at 337-893-4412.
