Saint Paul Port Authority

Saint Paul, Minnesota is home to the northernmost river terminals on the Mississippi River. The Saint Paul Port Authority own four river terminals within the Port of Saint Paul (Barge Terminal 1, Barge Terminal 2, Southport Terminal, and Red Rock Terminal). 

The river terminals enable Minnesota industries to compete in worldwide bulk commodities markets via Marine Highway M-35 and the U.S. Gulf Coast. The Port of Saint Paul is also a critical link to the intermodal freight transportation network, providing direct connections to the national railroad network and first and last mile connections to the national highway system.
