| Mechanical dredging (Strike Removal) operations will commence on Monday, 27-July-2026 and will continue Until Further Notice at Orton Island, UMR Mile 323.6 to 324.5. Dredging will be performed 5 days a week, 12.5 hrs per day, 0600-1830.
Mariners are requested to contact the MV Scarlett River or MV Persevere on channel 88 THIRTY minutes prior to transiting the area. Mariners are urged to transit at their slowest safe speed to minimize wake and proceed with caution after passing arrangements have been made. //signed// |
