Mississippi River: Mile 0 Mile 2.0 AHP

Beginning on or about 10 September 2023 and continuing through approximately 14 September 2023, the U.S. Government Contract Cutterhead Dredge CAPT FRANK will be working in the Mississippi River from mile 0 to mile 2.0 Above Head of Passes (AHP) to install a temporary submerged pipeline across the river bottom.

Dredged material will be deposited through a combination of floating and submerged pipelines into designated placement areas.

Navigation restrictions and closures associated with this operation have been issued by U.S. Coast Guard Marine Safety Information Bulletin (MSIB).

The Dredge can be contacted on VHF Marine Channel 67.
