Notice is given to mariners the dead ship tow of the M/V DEMETER ACACIA has been postponed and will be commencing at approximately 0800 on Saturday, April 11, 2026. The M/V DEMETER ACACIA will be towed from APA Pier-2 to the sea buoy using the tug AMBER II as the lead tow tug with assist tugs provided by Crescent Towing. The AMBER II will have Mobile Bar Pilots onboard for the entire operation and will be standing-by on VHF/FM channels 13, 16, AND 65. The transit will be made in daylight hours and should take approximately 6 hours, necessitating one way traffic for that time.
