Attached you will find an updated informational weather briefing issued by the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh on the expected impacts from wind and rain today.

No significant changes have been made to the forecast since our previous briefing, but the graphics for max wind gusts and expected rainfall were updated to reflect the latest forecast data.
