EFFECTIVE: 10/29/2020 00:00 thru 02/09/2022 00:00 CST

 

SITUATION: NAVIGATIONAL RESTRICTIONS

 

The Mechanical Dredge “Diamond No. 9”  (Subcontractor, Diamond Services Corporation) (for prime contractor, RLB Contracting, Inc.) is reporting the presence of a submerged object in Brady Island Turning Basin at N 29o 43.618’; W 095o 16.559’.  Depth of the object is unknown at this time.  Mariners are urged to avoid this location. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to conduct a survey of the object location.
