Norrell Lock (No.1) NM 10.3 Closure Update (MKARNS)

The current work schedule for the Lock 1 stoplog slots project has been revised as shown below. The 70’ width restriction is expected to be lifted on December 7. If the scheduled dates change, an updated navigation notice will be issued. An additional full lock closure will take place at the end of the project in order for the new closure system to be tested; the specific dates will be provided in a subsequent navigation notice.

Lock 1 schedule:

Dec 1 – Jan 20: Full Closure, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily

Lock Open: 7:01 p.m. – 6:59 a.m. nightly (70’ width restriction –until Dec 7)
