Notice of Daily Delay During Inspection Activities: Newt Graham L&D No.18 NM 421.6

Mariners can expect daily delays from August 8th thru August 10th at Newt Graham L&D 18 due to inspection activities. Daily delay will be eight and a half hours between the hours of 0700 and 1530 while inspections are in progress. Navigation traffic is asked to plan accordingly around these delays.

There are uncertainties in the amount of time the crew needs to complete their work as scheduled and unforeseen issues could require additional time. The tentative schedule is subject to change further and mariners are advised to stay up to date with the latest information and be advised further Navigation Notices will be released with all updates and changes. Waterway users are asked to check with Lock 18 for the latest information and should schedule their activities around this notice.
