Mariners can expect a daily closure at Newt Graham L&D 18 on Tuesday, April 18th, 2023 and Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 due to inspection activities. Daily closure will be from 0800 to 1600 while inspections are in progress. There may be windows of opportunity throughout the day for tows to pass. Waterway users are asked to check with Lock No. 18 for the latest information and should schedule their activities accordingly.

The closure listed above is scheduled to reopen to Navigation traffic as stated, but unforeseen problems could require additional time to complete operations.
