Notice To Bidders: Addendum No. 4 Enhanced Intermodal Facilities – Ports of Indiana-Burns Harbor

This Addendum is intended to answer questions of the Engineer and Owner and to issue clarifications to the Bid Documents. “Attachment A” includes all remaining Questions/Answers and clarifications as a result of questions asked by prospective bidders. “Attachment A” hereby becomes part of the bid documents.
