The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Rock Island District, Illinois Watery Project has a requirement for a new compact tractor and two (2) attachments. This acquisition will also include four (4) trade-in items.

The basis for award will be Firm-Fixed Price. All offerors must quote on all line items within the Schedule of Prices to be eligible for award.

  1. Note: 52.212-3 Alt 1 Shall be completed in the offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) record. ALL interested parties must be registered in SAM in order to recieve a contract award.
