Severe Weather Risk Today / Winter Weather Risk Wed-Thu
Good morning Shreveport partners,
Today through This Evening:
- Severe thunderstorms will be possible today and into this evening across much of Louisiana and Southwest Arkansas.
- Primary Threats:
- Damaging winds
- Large hail
Wednesday:
- A wintry mix of mainly rain and freezing rain, possibly mixed with some slight, is expected across portions of Southeast Oklahoma and adjacent portions of extreme Southwest Arkansas.
- Impacts
- Ice accumulations of a few hundredths of an inch, possibly as high as one tenth of an inch, are possible across Northwestern McCurtain County.
- There is still a great deal of uncertainty in this portion of the forecast.
