Attached is a MSIB pertaining information in regard to reports of motorcycle riders on the ice near Par-a-dice Casino IVO of Peoria lake (MM 163 on the ILR). All mariners are asked to be on the lookout for individuals and wildlife on the ice as they transit. Please report any sightings to the Western Rivers Command Center at 314-269-2332.
