IRCA: Marseilles Update

 

All,

 

I’ve received word that Marseilles has lifted all width restrictions and have regained the ability to pull cuts in both directions.  A helper boat is no longer required to pull cuts.

 

However, ice couplings are still required and the floating mooring bits are tied up.  The lock has a ~23’ drop so please ensure that crews have sufficient/long enough lines to lock with, and communicate with lock staff prior to lockage for mooring instructions.
