Temporary final rule.
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for all navigable waters of the Tennessee River on mile marker (MM) 464.0 to 464.5. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by Vision Hospitality 25th Anniversary Fireworks. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley or a designated representative.
