RIAC - UMR Buoy Runs

USACE MV Pathfinder working north from St. Louis.  Currently NB @ UMR MM 241.
Will turn south @ Lock 22.

USCGC Scioto working south from Keokuk.  Currently SB @ UMR MM 325.
Will turn north @ Lock 22.

UMR buoys between STL and Keokuk should be good once they are complete.

USCGC Scioto’s north AOR run timing is TBD.
